Jodie Prenger and Hannah Spearritt are to join the new cast of One Man, Two Guvnors when it transfers to the Theatre Royal Haymarket later this spring. Prenger, who played Nancy in Oliver! after winning TV talent show I’d Do Anything, recently took the role of The Lady of the Lake in the Spamalot tour. Spearritt made her stage debut in 2011 at Southwark Playhouse in its production of The Belle’s Stratagem. She was previously a member of S Club 7. The pair will join Owain Arthur, who will take the part of Francis Henshall, which is currently being played by James Corden. The new cast will also include Martin Barrass, David Benson, Nigel Betts, Derek Elroy, Gerard Horan, Daniel Ings, Ben Mansfield and Gemma Whelan. One Man, Two Guvnors will play the Theatre Royal Haymarket from March 2.
